Tumut Shire Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced design contractors for the preparation of Airpark Estate and Commercial Precinct design drawings, a construction specification and a Master Plan for the aerodrome entirety.

This project includes:

* The development of a concept layout for the Airpark Estate and Commercial Precinct at the Tumut Aerodrome;
* Investigation works and studies, as necessary, for the development of detailed design drawings and a construction specification;
* The development of a detailed design drawings and a construction specification; and
* The development of a concept layout master plan for the Tumut Aerodrome.
