Tender Description

Department of Attorney General and Justice is seeking a client satisfaction survey of people with disability accessing seven frontline services across NSW in the last twelve months. Client sample for the survey is a minimum of 60 participants, the participants must have a variety of disabilities including physical, vision, hearing, intellectual, psychiatric disabilities and also include clients with acquired brain injuries.

Client satisfaction should be measured on the client service interaction rather than the outcome of service.

Survey should include a snapshot of the client’s experience, and whether they received a flexible service through the provision of reasonable adjustments. The client’s views on whether the service could be improved to increase accessibility.

A detailed report containing qualitative analysis of the survey results cross each frontline service by type of disability will be produced.
