Tender Description
Suitably qualified Building Contractors are invited to submit Registrations of Interest for the Refurbishment of CRANES Community Support Programs Building 4 on the corner of Prince and Chataway Streets Grafton; formerly Pullens Produce Store.
Building Contractors must have demonstrated experience in commercial construction with a minimum value of $0.5million. Experience in the refurbishment of heritage buildings is preferred. Builders must be willing to deliver the project utilising a Traditional Tendering process.
