Tender Description
Pacific Link Housing is a not-for-profit community housing provider based on the Central Coast and Lower Hunter that manages 567 properties and 23 properties on a fee for service basis. The scope of this tender is to engage the services of a suitably qualified company to provide a value for money service in all facets of termite inspections.
The scope of this tender covers a two (2) year period, expiring June 2016. Properties that have been previously identified as high risk are to be inspected annually. For the purposes of this tender, the low risk properties would not be required to be inspected until the final year of this contract.
