Tender Description

Tenders are invited from suitable contractors for the following maintenance contracts with Homes Out West.

* Electrical
* Plumbing
* General Maintenance
* Lawn Mowing & Ground Maintenance
* Cleaning
* Pest Control

Contracted work will involve routine and emergency maintenance on our property portfolio in the Albury area.  All Contractors will require an ABN, relevant licences and insurances. For Tender Specifications and Application Form contact Homes Out West (03) 5881 4182.
