Tender Description
Through this Request, the Department seeks to establish arrangements for the supply of an LMS, and a WCS predominantly for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) as part of an integrated learning environment solution. Respondents may provide a Response for both systems or a single system.
For each system, the Department requires technical and administrative support, maintenance and upgrades. The Department may also require other items such as hosting by the Respondent for the systems, training, the migration of current content to the proposed LMS solution, plus reporting software to assess and track student outcomes and report on student activity.
A determination on whether these optional services will be awarded will be based on the Evaluation of all Responses, and the Value for Money assessment.
