Pacific Link Housing is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the design and Contract Administration of residential units at 6 Chapman Street, Cessnock NSW 2325.
The parameters for the residential units on the site, to be aimed at affordable housing tenants, are:
* Four units, two bedroom
* Area 80sqm, excluding car space and 35sqm per unit landscaping requirement
* 1 car space per unit
