Anglican Care seeks a service provider to provide ongoing lawn maintenance services to our Hunter region facilities, located at Booragul, Carey Bay, Toronto, Jesmond, Mount Hutton, and Merewether.

The contract will be for a term of two (2) years from the date of the letter of acceptance; with the option of two (2) twelve (12) month extension periods that may be awarded at the discretion of Anglican Care.

Pricing is to be totally inclusive; that is, inclusive of herbicide, pesticide, and any other consumables required to undertake the service. It is intended that the successful contractor should commence the works from the week commencing 17/3/2014.
