Demolition Works including but not limited to: Demolition of Scout Hall at Dellfield Reserve, Lower Templestowe, Demolition of Scout Hall at Hummell Way, Doncaster and Pricing of Stage 2 Works - Demolition of old Pre-School and Maternal Child Health Buildings at Hummell Way.

NOTE: It is recommended that Tenderer’s attend the Tender Meeting on Monday 17th March 2014.

This meeting will commence at: 9.30am at the Scout Hall, 54-58 Dellfield Drive, Lower Templestowe (Melway Ref: 33 D7) then continue onto the Scout Hall located at Hummell Way, Doncaster (Melway Ref: 33 F12) then the old Pre-school and Maternal Child Health Buildings also on Hummell Way.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy tenders or verbal tenders will not be considered.
