Tender Description

IPDA 11-106 B.V. (Eni) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Eni SpA and operates the JPDA Production Sharing Contract area 11-106 on behalf of its joint venture partners, Timor Gas & Petroleo, E.P. and INPEX Offshore Timor-Leste Ltd.

Eni JPDA 11-106 B.V. is seeking suppliers for logistics services to production operations in the JPDA permit 11-106, located off the south coast of Timor-Leste in the Timor Sea.

SPECIFIC SERVICES AND GOODS

Eni is looking for companies which can deliver the following services:

* Anchor Handling/Support Vessel

The provision of one Anchor Handling/Support Vessel on a charter basis for a firm period of 60 days with options to extend for up to a further100 days with minimum approximate characteristics as follows;

Bollard Pull of 180 metric tons, cargo/working deck area of 500 square meters Cargo fuel capacity 800 cubic meters and potable water cargo capacity 500 cubic meters Drill water cargo capacity 1000 cubic meters and mud capacity 500 cubic meters Base oil 500 cubic meters and dry bulk 200 cubic meters capacity Brine 1000 cubic meters and compliant for the carriage of dangerous goods DP2 certification Fast Rescue Craft with Rescue Zone for survivor recovery FiFi 1 certification, at least twelve months service history on 1st July 2014 IMCA or OVID survey completed within the twelve months period immediately prior to 1st July 2014 Maximum age 19 years on 1st July 2014, certified/approved to work in JPDA/Australian waters.

The vessel will be required to provide anchor handling services, towing services, standby services and cargo runs between the JPDA and Darwin for all drilling related cargoes. All crew members on the vessel are required to be experienced in the oil and gas industry.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Companies that express an interest in receiving the formal Invitation to Tender will be required to provide the following:
1. Registration to operate as a business in Timor-Leste
2. A proven track record of providing the described services in the region.
3. Confirmation regarding the availability and relevant time frame.
4. Brochure with all the technical details of the proposed vessel.
5. Copy of latest IMCA or OVID inspection and details of full closure of all items.
