The AGL Loy Yang Power Station and Mine has an extensive network of fire protection assets which need to be serviced and maintained in order to minimise fire risks to valuable production assets and to meet regulatory and insurance requirements.

AGL Loy Yang is seeking expressions of interest from Vendors to meet this need by providing a comprehensive service to inspect, service and maintain this fire protection equipment.

AGL Loy Yang will conduct a competitive tender process which involves two stages:
1. RFI stage: This 'RFI' stage will be used to select a shortlist of vendors who have the requisite industry experience and financial capacity to deliver the works contemplated by this RFI (Vendors).

The RFI stage involves the release of this RFI document, evaluation of RFI responses submitted and short-listing of the Vendors based on the Evaluation Criteria as set out in this RFI; and

2. Request for Proposal (RFP) stage: Shortlisted Vendors will be invited to participate in the RFP stage.
