The Perth Market Authority (PMA) is responsible for the ownership and management of Market City. The asset, developed in 1989, is situated on 50 hectares of land at Canning Vale, 16km south of the Perth CBD. It is the intent of PMA to deliver two (2) distinct separate fibre optic networks to the site as part of this project - a PMA tenant network and a PMA network.
