Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are invited from experienced applicants who are prepared to invest in a capital upgrade of the Cappuccino-by-the River cafe situated adjacent to the river in Peppermint Grove, and enter into a long term lease with the Shire of Peppermint Grove to provide café services in accordance with community expectations.
