Dempster Park Reserve Pavilion Change Room Redevelopment at 62 Phoenix Street, Sunshine 3020.

Works involve partial demolition and redevelopment of the old sports change rooms and public toilets at Dempster Park Reserve. It will comprise two change rooms, associated amenities, umpires rooms, first aid room, storage rooms, public amenities and external works including in ground services and paving.
