Tender for Catering rights to the Canteen “Feedlot” for the 2014 Dubbo Show.

Tenders are hereby called for the catering rights to the Canteen known as the “Feedlot” for the 2014 Annual Dubbo Show from Thursday 22nd May to 25th May (inclusive) and to be advised by the Secretary of the operational times for the venue.

Friday 23rd May: Provide food to the Public. This may include breakfasts each day.
Saturday 24th May: as above
Sunday 25th May: as above

Tenders are to advise cost of meals, morning and afternoon teas that will be provided to the Society and Officials. Menus to accompany tender. Committee members will have a meal voucher and you will then bill the Society at the end of the Show.

Sandwiches, bottled water, soft drink, tea and coffee maybe required for the band on Friday and Saturday nights – to be advised. Account to be given to Dubbo Show Society.

Dubbo City Council requires a receipt/docket to advise where the effluent has been disposed of from the commercial van where the food is prepared and the washing up of utensils is done during the show. No trade waste is to be discharged into the Showground’s sewer.

Copy of current Public Liability must accompany the tender.

Successful tenderer is required to uphold the Dubbo Show Society O H & S policy and will be required to complete all O H & S documentation required by the Dubbo Show Society.

The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
