The Perth Market Authority (PMA) is responsible for the ownership and management of Market City. Market City is situated on 50 hectares of land in Canning Vale and plays a critical role in the marketing and distribution of 50% of WA’s fresh produce and operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The site comprises of 85,413m2 of net lettable area within the Central Trading Area, Warehouse and Commercial Centre Buildings. The warehouses are used for cool room storage, ripening rooms and storage of hard produce lines. The tenant base includes wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and processors.

This EOI has been issued to invite submissions from suitably qualified respondents for the provision and installation of a vendor independent IP based CCTV surveillance system utilising the existing fibre optic backbone network.

A non-mandatory site briefing to Respondents will be conducted as part of the EOI process.
