Expression of Interest Monitoring and Evaluation Consultancy – PNG Health and HIV sector
BACKGROUND
The Health and HIV Implementation Services Provider (HHISP), an initiative of the Australian Government, Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT) and the Government of Papua New Guinea (PNG) is seeking to establish a monitoring and evaluation expert consultancy. This consultancy will be required to work across various stakeholders including DFAT, non-governmental organisations and the Department of Health PNG to deliver a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework and assessment tool for the effective implementation of the Health and HIV Program in PNG.
Abt JTA, as the managing contractor of the HHISP program, is issuing this request for Expressions of Interest with a view to identifying and shortlisting a highly experienced monitoring and evaluation consortia with demonstrated capacity and capability to deliver this consultancy from June 2014 – June 2015.
PURPOSE OF THE CONSULTANCY
The consultancy will require the development of high level evaluability assessments for portfolio partners, building staff capacity in PNG and the design of mixed method monitoring and evaluation systems in the health sector.
