The South West Development Commission (SWDC) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified Civil Engineer and/or Environmental consultant to complete a study of alternative sewer treatment options for a portion of the town centre of Boyup Brook.

The study is to outline and recommend the most effective treatment option, detail a conceptual design, summarise the statutory regulatory process, identify potential partnerships, estimate the costs of constructing and maintaining the system, identify potential funding opportunities, summarise potential risks and their mitigation and describe the steps required to progress the formal approval of the chosen option.
