Tender Description
Harrisdale Green is located on the west side of Ranford Road between Warton and Wright Roads, Harrisdale in the City of Armadale. Suitably qualified and experienced civil contractors are invited to submit a tender for the construction of drainage work and earthworks in and adjacent to the estate.
Only those contractors that meet our Minimum Acceptable Requirements will be considered, including comprehensive and recent experience in:
* completing subsoil drainage works in excess of $500,000
* horizontal drilling beneath existing road pavements
* traffic management and works on or adjacent to major roads
* significant dewatering and
* excavation, relocation and management of potential acid sulphate soils.
Contractors must have an approved Health & Safety Management System that has been audited satisfactorily in the past 12 months.
The contract will be awarded on company attributes, previous experience, technical capability, project appreciation, management and price.
Construction is expected to commence In early May 2014.

Tenders will be electronically distributed on Mon 7 April 2014 and close at the office of Cossill & Webley at 4.00pm on Monday, 21 April 2014.
