Tenders are invited for the provision of various classes of insurance for the following council municipalities:

Alpine, Ararat, Bass Coast, Bayside, BendIla, Bendigo, Boroondara, Brimbank, Buloke, Campaspe, Cardinia, Casey, Central Goldfields, Colac-Otway, Corangamite, Darebin East Gippsland, Gannawarra, Geelong, Glenelg, Golden Plains, Hindmarsh, Hobsons Bay, Horsham, Hume, Indigo, Kingston, Knox, Latrobe, Loddon, Macedon Ranges, Manningham, Mansfield, Maribyrnong, Melbourne, Melton, Mildura, Mitchell, Moira, Monash, Moonee Valley, Moorabool, Moreland, Mornington Peninsula, Mount Alexander, Moyne, Murrindindi, Nillumbik, Northern Grampians, Port Phillip, Pyrenees, Queenscliffe, Shepparton, South Gippsland, Southern Grampians, Stonnington, Strathbogie, Surf Coast, Swan Hill, Towong, Wangaratta, Warmambool, Wellington, West Wimmera, Whitehorse, Whittlesea, Wodonga, Wyndham, Yarra & Yarriambiack & other councils wishing to Participate who formally appoint JLT as Agent prior to the Tender closing.

Jardine Lloyd Thompson P/L, is the appointed insurance broker and has been appointed as Agent by these councils to undertake a tendering process for the Procurement of their insurances in conformity with Section 186 of the Local Government Act 1989.

Insurers are invited to quote on any or all of the following insurances: Industrial Special Risks, Motor Vehicle,
Councillors & Officers Liability, Personal Accident & Travel, Contract Works & Liability.

Rates and/or premium terms for each class of insurance must be provided for individual councils and not on an overall basis.

Tenders are to be deposited in the Tender Box during office hours - 8:30am to 5:00pm. The Tender Box is located at Reception on Level 11, 60 Collins Street, Melbourne.  Tenders close at 4:00pm on 22 April 2014.
