Redevelopment of the Cross Street Carpark, Double Bay to include a cinema complex

The Cross Street Carpark (3,812m2) is located in the Double Bay commercial precinct in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs at 1-13 Cross Street, Lot 2 in DP 220530.

The preferred respondent/s will be invited to submit a detailed proposal for a public-private-partnership with Woollahra Council. Selection and registration procedure information is contained in the EOI document (PDF, 1.1MB). Hard copies are available. The selection of a preferred respondent/s does not mean that the Council will enter into a public-private-partnership.
