Tender Description
Tenders are called for suitably qualified, equipped and experienced Landscape Contractors to undertake subdivision works for a Joint Venture project between Department of Housing and Stockland PTY LTD in the Southern Perth metro area.
Tenders shall be submitted on the tender forms provided and be in accordance to the drawings and specifications which can be obtained in digital format through Emerge Associates. All requests to be sent via brad.felton@emergeassociates.com.au
Submissions must include or nominate:
* An individual landscape construction contract within the last 2 years of $500,000 value or more

* Company Profile / Experience

* Suitable Insurance Details
Tenders shall be contained in a sealed envelope endorsed with the appropriate tender number and address to: Sienna Wood Tenders, C/- Emerge Associates, Suite 4/26 Railway Road, Subiaco, WA 6008. Or deposited in the tender box situated in the front desk at this address. Tenders must be received on or before 2.30 pm AWST Wed 16 April 2014.
