The work comprises a two storey addition to the existing learning spaces, a single storey addition to the administration, the refurbishment of an existing two storey building and associated site works (660m^s new construction, 1500m^2 refurbishment).

This is a Systemic Catholic School within the Diocese of Bathurst. In selecting a panel of tenderers the relative experience of responding firms in this type of work will be among the factors to be taken into consideration.
