Tender Description
These arrangements must provide the Asset Management Directorate with:
* The ability to manage the required volume of demountable buildings to achieve the requirements finalised in Term 4 of every year and required during the calendar year,
* Ongoing cost reduction opportunities in terms of:
1 Building refurbishment goods and services,
a. Improving value for money across the supply chain
b. Maximising recycling of existing materials where possible and according to specifications and standards
