Tender Description
The Department of Police and Justice uses a comprehensive video conferencing network and is intending to extend it further across the State and is conducting market research for a flexible video conferencing scheduling support system to be used across the Justice Cluster and by private individuals.
The preference is to engage a vendor to supply a packaged solution with possible enhancements. The RFI is to allow the Department to gain an appreciation of the strengths and weaknesses of any suitable package along with indicative pricing.
Depending on the result from this RFI the Department may then issue an RFT for a Commercial off the Self solution or for the development of a video conferencing scheduling support system.
