Tender Description

Tenders are invited for the Design and Construction of the Replacement of Battery Systems in Substations.

A copy of the Scope of Works Document is provided for your information.

Should you decide to participate in this Tender you will then need to open the Conditions of e-Tender and DMax Registration Form as these form part of the Tender.

Tender responses must be submitted electronically using the DecisionMax software.

The .DTT file contains the Specification required for your Response that is to be downloaded to DecisionMax and an Export response document.

Please carefully read the Export response document as this has information detailing the time required to export your response.

The Electronic Forum will exist for this Tender. All matters you wish to discuss must be posted on the Forum. No direct contact is to be made with any Aurora Energy Representative.

As a part of the tender process, Tenderers will be invited to a site visit at one of the substation locations, where an Aurora Representative will conduct a walk through and clarify requirements.

The site meeting will be held on Wednesday the 14th of May at 11am. Potential Tenderers will need to confirm their intention to attend with numbers by no later than 12pm on Tuesday, 13th May 2014.
