Expressions of Interest are invited from builders seeking inclusion on a tender panel for the construction of a Science and Hospitality Centre- Stage 1 as a 2 storey building containing science laboratory and prep room, temporary art room, 3 x temporary classrooms, undercroft, verandahs covered links at St. James Lutheran College, Hervey Bay.
The works also include associated site works and civil works. The building consists of blockwork and brick veneer construction /slab on ground and suspended concrete upper floor, and timber trussed and metal sheet roof.
Construction is scheduled to start in July 2014. Submissions are to include financial capability to carry out the works, list of projects recently completed of similar size and referees.
Submissions are to be forwarded by Monday 19th May 2014.
