SBS will be releasing a request for proposal (RFP) for the supply of cleaning services to their head office Artarmon.

Respondents should have proven experience in cleaning sites of a similar size and nature, should use ECO friendly/sustainable cleaning products and have health & safety and quality control systems in place.

The Successful supplier will also be required to enrol with the SMARTEK contractor compliance solution.

Suppliers that would like to participate in the RFP process must register their interest via email to csrfp@sbs.com.au. Suppliers must include an up to date company prospectus or equivalent document.

Suitable registered suppliers will then sent an invitation to a site tour. Attendance to this tour is compulsory. RFP documentation will only be issued to companies that attend.
