Lawns and Grounds Maintenance
Homes North Community Housing Co Ltd would like to invite Tenders from suitable qualified contractors to carry out regular Lawn Mowing and Garden Maintenance, as well as some Common Area Cleaning to our unit blocks in Tamworth, Armidale and Gunnedah.
Suitable qualified trades include Landscapers and Gardeners. All contractors would require relevant trade certificates, insurance policies and business references, and operate their business under the current Work, Health and Safety Laws.
