The Office of the Official Secretary to the Governor-General (OOSGG) is seeking suitably qualified contractor(s) committed to high quality technical and customer service to perform some or all of the following maintenance and repairs for the following Separable Element (SE) building services for the Government House and/or Admiralty House facilities:
a) Separable Element 1 (SE1) – Mechanical Services
b) Separable Element 2 (SE2) – Electrical Services
c) Separable Element 3 (SE3) – Fire Services
d) Separable Element 4 (SE4) – Hydraulic Services
e) Separable Element 5 (SE5) – Commercial Catering Equipment Services
f) Separable Element 6 (SE6) – Fire Training and Evacuation Plans
g) Separable Element 7 (SE7) – Thermal Scanning Services
h) Separable Element 8 (SE8) – Test and Tag Services
