Indigo Shire Council Office Development, Beechworth

Building Contractors are invited to tender for the new Shire Office development for Indigo Shire Council.

The project comprises the remolding of the “The Pines” building to Mayday Hills, Beechworth, to provide new office accommodation and will involve a major refurbishment of approximately 900 square metres of floor area.

Contractors intending to submit a tender should register their intention with the Architect by close of business on Friday 6 June 2014.

Contractors will require commercial registration and should demonstrate appropriate prior experience.
