Expressions of Interest Sanctuary Cove Resort 3 Year Maintenance Contracts
The PBC and PTBC is offering a combined 3 year maintenance Contract for tender and invites all suitably qualified organisations to submit a WRITTEN 'Expression of Interest' for consideration in a selected tender for the provision of all, or any one of the following:
1. Hydraulic Maintenance Works
2. Electrical Maintenance Works
3. Irrigation Maintenance Works
4. Road Sweeping Works
Documents are not to exceed 4 A4 pages.
Applicants should forward their submissions to the Manager -Asset Management and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects, current Company structure and capability, financial status, associated memberships: professional and client references for similar works.
Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by 23 June 2014. with Contracts to commence 1 November 2014.
Expression of Interest submissions will be considered until 9 June 2014.
