The School Curriculum and Standards Authority (the Customer) needs to update its current web infrastructure in order to guarantee the delivery of the Australian Curriculum, allow for the expanded functions of the Customer and develop the capacity of the Customer for online communication.

The Customer is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to:

* Provide a contemporary Content Managment System (CMS) which requires little to no customisation to meet the requirements;
* Fully integrate the solution, including migrating existing content;
* Implement and configure the initial CMS and websites and perform training;
* Develop additional functionality within the Western Australian Curriculum and Assessment Outline website;
* Host the total solution and deliver performance to agreed service levels; and
* Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the total solution.
