Economic Development Queensland invites tenders for electrical reticulation, street lighting, substations and communications and gas trenching works of Area G2, of the Fitzgibbon Chase development, Norris Road, Fitzgibbon.

This invitation to tender has been prepared by JJ Van der Boor & Associated on behalf of Economic Development Queensland as its electrical consultant.   JJ van der Boor & Associated will assist with the selection of the preferred contractor.

The work for this contract includes the electrical reticulation, street lighting, substations and communications and gas trenching works for a 28 lot subdivision located in Area G Stage 16.

It is intended to novate the successful Electrical Contractor into the Civil Works contract.

This is a single lump sum contract.
