The Council of the City of Sydney (the City) owns the Kings Cross Parking Station (Car Park) located at Ward Avenue, Kings Cross. The Car Park is a contemporary, purpose-built, multi-level public Car Park with a capacity for 382 cars. The current operator of the Parking Station is Wilson Parking.

The City is seeking business specific and experienced organisations to quote for the Comprehensive Service and Maintenance of the Kings Cross Parking Station Scheidt & Bachmann (S&B) Equipment.

Unlike many other car parks, Kings Cross Car Park is very busy from Thursday night to Sunday morning. The busiest time is from 9pm Saturday to 4am Sunday. It is imperative that service standards are high across these busy periods.
