Tender Description
The project is comprised of four 80m2 units under the Affordable Housing SEPP (2009) to the specifications of the NSW Department of Housing Design Requirements. The desire was to make as many of these units accessible as possible. The constraints of the site have resulted in two fully accessible single storey units and two double storey units.
