Boorowa Council is seeking expressions of interest from parties interested in the operation and management of the Boorowa Caravan Park and the Boorowa Swimming Pool.

Council will consider submissions for

Combined operation of the Caravan Park and Swimming Pool
Independent operation of the Caravan Park
Independent operation of the Swimming Pool

The EOI will be used to qualify submissions prior to a select tender process which will require detailed proposals and costs.

This is a unique opportunity to enter the recreation and tourism industry at the ground floor in well established businesses that can be combined in a synergistic relationship or operated as a standalone business.

Boorowa Caravan Park: Located on 1.4 hectares in the north east corner of the town adjacent to the Boorowa River. The site has 20 powered sites, 10 unpowered sites and 2 on site cabins with en-suite. The amenities block includes a guest laundry with 2 washing machines and a dryer. There is an RV dump station located outside the park fence.

Boorowa Swimming Pool: Located in the centre of town surrounded by recreation ovals, children’s park and a golf course. There is a 7 lane Olympic pool with 1 metre diving board and a toddler pool. The grounds have extensive shade cover and open grass areas. Amenities building include hot showers, kiosk and first aid room. Swimming season runs for approximately 19 weeks from early November until mid March, operating hours vary between 5 hours and 9 hours per day during the season.
