Tender Description

The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) is currently planning its program of local government electoral representation and subdivision reviews for the 2015-16 period. Expressions of interest are sought from prospective suppliers in relation to a limited trial for the development, configuration and hosting of a web-based community consultation portal that includes interactive GIS functionality for submitters, survey fields and the publication of submissions in readily accessible formats.

Expressions of interest must detail:

* The good(s) or service(s) available that would likely be fit-for-purpose
* The costs associated with procuring the goods or services
* A summary of the  supplier’s previous work
* Contact details for references form at least two current or recent clients and
* Any ICT dependencies or development in relation to those goods or services that cannot be supplied.

Following the expression of interest process, the VEC will consider its procurement obligations in reference to the available material. The VEC reserves its right to issues a request for proposal and quotation or an invitation to tender at a later date without informing prospective suppliers identified through their expression of interest.
