The objective of this project is to develop a Workplace Strategy and Flexible Working Methodology that will assist and inform the way Council works in both current and future facilities.

The development of these key strategic documents will support and influence all aspects of the transformation to a flexible working environment by providing the framework and methodology that will challenge current practices and achieve the required results. Council is seeking a Consultant to develop a Workplace Strategy & Flexible Working Methodology that will enhance our operations, attract and retain staff and promote collaboration, productivity, flexibility and innovation in our workplace.

The provision of these services is expected to be delivered in three principal phases that will include the following:

PHASE ONE: Investigation & Alignment – expected completion approximately three (3) months from award.
PHASE TWO: Concept Development - expected completion approximately nine (9) months from successful delivery of Phase 1 and
PHASE THREE - Implementation & Realisation – expected completion approximately 15 months from successful delivery of Phase 2.
