Tender Description
Emerge Associates, on behalf of Stockland/Department of Housing JV, is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, equipped and experienced landscape contractors to be considered for inclusion in a Register of Tenderers for tender packages associated with the Sienna Wood sub-division development in the Armadale area.
Tender invitations will be offered on a per project basis to all compliant tenderers included in the Register who have demonstrated delivery of projects at a budget equal to or above the tendered package value. The Register of Tenderers will remain valid for 2 years.
Contractors who can demonstrate compliance with the following criteria are encouraged to apply: Proven ability to deliver large public realm projects including public open space, and street-scape landscape and irrigation works.
Submissions must include details of the following:
* An individual landscape construction contract of minimum value $500,000 completed within the last 2 years
* Referees with contact details
* Company Profile and details of relevant experience
* Key staff member details
* Evidence of appropriate insurances
Submissions must be received no later than 3.00pm Friday August 1st 2014 at the offices of Emerge Associates, Suite 4/26 Railway Road, Subiaco, WA 6008.
