Tender Description
The MBF currently maintains and processes member data and financial transactions using several systems.
The current system supports a website access, member management and processing for approximately 2550 members, but does so in what is considered to be an inefficient manner. Several system management tasks require a high degree of input and support from administration staff combined with the use of ancillary manual processes. This especially applies to year end processing, execution of payment transactions and renewal processes.
A new system is expected to provide a more efficient operational environment and provide a quantum leap in providing improved administration and operational efficiencies along with providing members with both mobility options and an enhanced web experience
