Tender Description
Each year, since 2001, the department has commissioned an independent survey of primary stakeholders to obtain data for Annual Report Performance Indicators and to assist with departmental strategic planning, policy development and program delivery refinement.
The Annual Client Survey provides valuable information regarding stakeholder satisfaction of the policy leadership, programs, resources, advice and services provided by the department statewide.
