Proposals from interested parties for supply of: ICT Support Services
Suppliers must have demonstrable experience in:
* Provision of central Helpdesk services
* On-site and on-call support in SYD, MEL, BNE, CBR and NEW
* ICT Architecture and security services for multisite environments
* SOE development and software provision
* Delivering to a fixed budget and timeframe
* A multi supplier project environment
