BDO has a client considering contracting out their catering facilities at their premises in Metropolitan Sydney.
Listed below are some relevant details:
* Number of Members > 5.000
* Gaming Machine Numbers > 100
Club has bistro and function facilities as follows:
* Bistro > 200 seats
* Auditorium > 350 seats
* Club has a large number of within walking distance members
* Club is looking for an experienced Caterer with demonstrable Performance
* Caterer needs to drive traffic through the premises by providing patrons with the highest quality of service, menu innovation and culinary creativity
* It is envisaged that the successful Caterer will make a contribution to the Club in the form of rent and outgoings.
