Construction of a New Proposed Provisioning Centre (Including a 3 Bay Truck Shed) to ARTC plans with a Lease back for A 5 year plus 3 year period with 2 X 1 year extensions.
Registration of Expressions of Interest will be received from fi rms and organisations to be shortlisted to Tender for the works which are scheduled to commence in October 2014. Registrations of Expressions of Interest documentation should include:
1. Company profile – including company structure
2. Location of proposed site
3. Size and Plans of Established Facility (if offered)
4. Indicative Cost per Square Metre for new Build
5. Cost per square metre for leasing
