The "Brighton" is a 169 unit complex in Kingston and is seeking tenders for the above mentioned positions.

You may tender for all positions, or tender for an individual position.

• Tenderers for the Caretaking position must have a proven record of very good cleaning and gardening skills in a large unit complex.
• The Caretaker position is based on a 35 hour per week, or 4.5 day per week on site presence.
• The owners of the complex will consider tenders for the splitting of the Caretaker role into the two positions of Gardener and Cleaner.
• Tenderers for the Gardener position must have relevant qualifications and a proven record of very good gardening skills in a large unit complex.
• Tenderers for the Cleaner position must have a proven record of very good cleaning skills in a large unit complex.
