Manningham City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced event management companies to deliver the overall event logistics, production management and programming of the Manningham Carols by Candlelight in December 2015. The successful tenderer may be requested to also manage the 2016 and 2017 events subject to successful management of the 2015 Carols.

A pre- tender briefing will be held at 3:30pm on Thursday, 9 October 2014 at the Manningham Civic Centre, 699 Doncaster Road, Doncaster.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed or verbal Tenders will not be considered.
