Tender Description
Registration of Tenderers Expressions of Interest are invited from Builders for the extension refurbishment and fitout of the single storey Technology building (total approx 430sqm) at St Luke's Anglican School, Bundaberg.
The building consists of reinforced concrete floor, portal frame structure with brick veneer walls, metal framed roofs with metal sheet roofing. Construction is scheduled to start in November 2014.
Submissions are to include financial capability to carry out the works, list of projects recently completed of similar size and referees. Submissions are to be forwarded by 10th October 2014.
