Tender Description
The Department of Education (the Customer) operates an Identity Management and Integration system which supports the efficient operation of every major departmental Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) system. The Identity Management system is the Oracle WaveSet product and the Integration system is the Oracle JCAPS product.
The Customer requires ongoing support and maintenance of these existing Oracle software systems within the Customer’s ICT environment.
