The Department of Transport (DoT) operates the Beadon Creek Boat Harbour facility at Onslow in the North West of Western Australia. A new office building is to be provided for the Department’s Harbour Coordinator and other departmental personnel who may be working at the harbour.

The work to be carried out under this Contract includes:

* Demolition and disposal of the existing toilet block;
* The design, supply and installation of a cyclone rated single storey building; and
* The supply and installation of a fence for the facility (optional item at Principal’s discretion).
